run http://domain.com/ip.php to obtain the ip address of the server

Update toolbar.php with the generated license key 

run http://domain.com/toolbar.php the page should not be blank or showing server errors

Delete readme.txt, install.php, ip.php after instalation


cgi-bin/ and editor.cgi should have permissions 755, editor.cgi should be uploaded as ASCII

do not upload toolbar.js except on a windows hosting
