Mr. Isokpunwu is a proud graduate from IBM Leadership Excellence University, an inventor, and a co-author to several software technical journals. He holds a Graduate degree in Computer Science from Howard University, Washington, DC USA

sol.JPGDr. Uwadiale is a consultant, coach, author and President of Trafton International Groups with more than 16 years in executive leadership roles with various organizations.  Dr. Uwadiale is very involved in his community to include chair of the City of Tacoma Human Rights Commission, planning commissioner, board of directors of Pacific Girl Scouts, and many more. Sol is the author of bestseller “Public Leadership” and “Opportunities Created by Customer Complaints”. Sol holds a master degree in engineering management and a Ph.D. in environmental management from Columbia Pacific University and also a senior fellow with the American Leadership Forum

Hanan has over thirty years of business and administrative experience both in Nigeria and the USA plus fifteen years as a classroom teacher with the Cleveland School District.  She is involved in several community and professional organizations, including, American Business Women’s Association, Ohio Business Teachers’ Association, Ministry to African Catholics in the diocese of Cleveland and to the Edo people. Mrs. Hanan earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Public Relations from Ursuline College, a Master of Education degree, from Kent State University.

charles.JPGA professional with extensive background in effectively managing a diverse and complex organizations, Mr. Oviawe has for the past 20 years, demonstrated leadership ability and passion for community development by his active involvement in several community and nationally based organizations with the goal of development for Edo State and Nigeria. Mr. Oviawe has a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and is currently a Quality Assurance Engineer in an ethical pharmaceutical company based in New York, USA where his responsbilities including managing project budget and resource allocation.

Blessed with her four children, Ms. Iyare brings several years of experience working as a teacher in Nigeria and as a current Director of Mental Health facility for various health care agencies since 1996.  She is a volunteered Emergency response instructor for American Red Cross since 1996 and on one occasion in the NIDO Annual conference. Her passion in promoting the Edo language and culture resulted in her 2006 election and 2008 re-election as the ENA Cultural Director. Her dedication and hard work since assuming this position have resulted in programs like the creation of Multi-Media Edo Language, ENA pageant, and Edo Youth/Young Adult. These programs not only helped promote the Edo Culture but have also helped bridged the gap between the Adults and the Youths in the Nigeria community, especially the Edo Community. Ms. Iyare holds various leadership positions within the Nigeria community and currently serves as an
Advisory Board Member for the Nigerian National Museum, Benin City.
